Relay and Base included

| Kit includes 12v relay and base with instructions on wiring. Relay is energised by text message from owner. Texting phone must be registered with the unit by owner so that it is the only device that can energise the relay. Relay will only energise when speed of vehicle drops below 20 Klm/hr.
